2. AI Conversations

All conversations with the AI assistant are recorded and stored. These transcripts are accessible to organization administrators for quality assurance and workflow monitoring purposes. AI conversations are processed by Anthropic (Claude) and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

• To provide and maintain the content creation platform
• To track workflow progress and usage metrics
• To send notifications about assignments and reviews
• To calculate gamification points and streaks
• To enable organization administrators to monitor team productivity

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that process your data:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation (conversation content is sent to their API)
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Resend — Email notifications

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. AI conversation transcripts are retained indefinitely for quality assurance. You may request data export or deletion by contacting your organization administrator.
